East Coast artist, Kev, Just Kev, recently dropped his 6 track EP, “Amethyst”. This passionate artist wanted to promote a hopeful message in his music, stemming from his life experiences.
Kev has lived a multi-faceted life, seeing the the benefits of flying with the right crowd, and the hardships of going down with the wrong ones.
I feel that I have the ability to help make the world a better place so I can help people develop a deeper understanding of not only their presence in the world but the world’s presence around them.

There’s a specific trend that I’ve seen amongst today’s generation, they often feel misunderstood. This misunderstanding within society is what leads to unnecessary conflict or rebellion. I aspire to be the peacemaker amongst the misunderstood, so that we can at least come closer to unity and harmony. Overall, the purest form of serenity in this world is the end goal. Baby steps must be taken, of course. As long as I remain true to the path I’m taking, gradual changes can and will be made. Don’t be mistaken, not all of my music promotes this message, because I want to be able to catch the ears of those who need to be reached out to in a different way.
