Indie Artist: TEEJ42

American artist TEEJ42 was born and raised in Detroit.

“I rap and sing in mostly Mandarin Chinese and English (I am not if chinese decent, but rather European).” said the artist.

TEEJ42 has extensive connections with Taiwanese underground musicians and began collaborations that lead to his current sound.

“I want to start a trend called #worldhop where people rap in their second language, and collab with artists from a native speaking country, bringing people closer together. I currently live in the Detroit area, and plan to release a lot more new music in the near future!” Said the artist.
