The artist from Edmonton Alberta, Canada gives us a 9 song project in which he shows off not only his ability to rap, but to put together a consistent project that keeps reeling song after song.
From cold bars over jazzy instrumentals, or catchy melodies, the project brings it all to the table. Burnett certainly shows off that he is in no way an average artist, speaking confidently on each track.
Burnett’s vocal sound extremely smooth and comfortable over each song that’s on the project. The standout track, we feel, is “Muddled.” It includes a feature from artist Nohsur. The hook is extremely catchy and both artists going bar for bar makes for a treat for the listener.
Overall, the project is extremely well put together and a very memorable release by Burnett. We hope to hear more from him this year, but until then, stream the project below.
