‘Lightweight’ by pop-sister duo MB IS A HIT! From New York but are now pursuing their singer/songwriter dreams in beautiful Nashville, TN; home to the famous Music Row. Having played SXSW and many venues across New York, you can see that the duo is poised to breakout when shows open up again.
The beautiful writing of the song shows us that duo is a great tag team 1-2 punch. It had us 3 drinks deep and in our feelings.
Normally songs about love come out cliché but this record feels new and so so relatable. We all do dumb things for love. We all get weak-kneed for love. Love is one of the many components that makes us human and these two won’t fault us for it.
MB have great production that feels very big and we will not be surprised when we hear this song in a big-time movie. We can’t wait to hear what the talent-rich duo will bless us with next!
