Hafto - Love, A Drug (EP)

Hafto provides us with some incredible sounds on his newest EP, "Love, A Drug”

The 6 track project works to depict, as the title says, that love is an addictive emotion that yields uncontrollable actions.

The project takes a few different approaches in terms of instrumentals, offering vocals over a rotation of beats that go from darker, bass filled sounds, to very upbeat and poppy sounds, all while keep the overarching theme of the project consistent.

Hafto also shows off his writing ability on all of the tracks, delivering cutting lyrics about how his love for said person affects him.

The project really works to offer perspectives of the artist’s raw emotions, as well as some impressively composed songs that perfectly capture the mood of a somber evening.
