Mycelium Network is a father/daughter duo in which the father plays the instruments and writes the lyrics and the daughter assists with lyrics and gives inspiration.
As one could infer by the project’s title, the songs are dark, metal songs with a very grimy feel about all of them. There is a very consistent and strong presence and usage of guitar and they make sure that it hits very hard.
The vocals are extremely strong and aggressive and they make sure that you will remember them. The writing is also extremely intricate which is certainly a testament to how well both brains work together.
This duo is excellent and this project showed off how much skill and star power they really have. Give the project a listen below!
