Sruthi Dhulipala is a South-Asian California-based singer-songwriter who dabbles in the pop, indie, and Indian fusion genres.

With a mission to create authentic stories through music, Sruthi has been composing in the fusion space using her Carnatic and contemporary backgrounds in music.

With Dhulipala’s track “Captive” she does just that. With eloquent lyrics and a striking instrumental the song is sure to have you hooked. She sings “I breathe in dee Struggling for air, My throat closes up, my mind wandering away, I set ten alarms, and toss into my bed again.” and you can see how gracefully she conveys feeling and emotion.

To compliment the writing, she has a phenomenal voice that stands out and is recognizable.
